We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with this website. GA4 collects information about visits and interactions with the site:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Approximate geographic location (country/city level)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Referring website (how you found us)

GA4 uses cookie identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. This information should not be described as fully anonymous. This site has no form for entering your name or contact details.

WhatsApp links open an external service to contact Dr. Svetlana or the clinic. Some links include a prepared message that you can edit. You send the message yourself in WhatsApp. There is currently no form on this site for entering your name, preferred appointment time, symptoms or medical documents.

The former online jaw questionnaire has been removed. The Hamburg screening page does not collect answers. Opening it deletes answers saved by the old questionnaire from this browser’s localStorage. You can also remove them by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings.

The external service describes its data handling in the WhatsApp privacy policy.

GA4 sets the following analytics cookies on your device:

• _ga — distinguishes unique users (expires in 2 years)
• _ga_* — stores session state (expires in 2 years)

Analytics data is used solely to:

• Understand which content is most useful to patients
• Improve site navigation and performance
